Healthy Chili Recipe
Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 can (14.5 oz.) Crushed Peeled Tomatoes, 1 can (14.5 oz.) tomato sauce, 1 container Simple Truth Organic™ Fat Free Beef Stock, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 chopped onion, 1 each red, green, and orange bell pepper, chopped.
Instructions: In a crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cook on high 4 hours.
Banana Shake
Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened, 1 frozen banana, 2 tablespoons cooked oats, 2 cups frozen berries(mixed), 1 cup almond yogurt, ¼ thumb ginger.
Instructions: Add the frozen ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth with the milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Thai chicken stir fry
Instructions: Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok, until it begins to smoke. Add the chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden, remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and fry for 1 minute, add the spring onions and pepper and continue to fry for 2 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan with the remaining ingredients and heat through, until piping hot. Serve.
Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
Ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), honey, chia seeds, granola.
Instructions: Layer Greek yogurt with mixed berries and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with chia seeds and granola. Serve immediately for a refreshing snack.
